Hearing Safety

Avoid prolonged listening at maximum volume to prevent hearing damage. Use the AI Life App’s volume limiter if you often listen for extended periods.

Electrical Safety

Always charge using certified Huawei cables or chargers. Do not expose the earbuds or case to liquid, flames, or extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).

Maintenance
Keep the earbuds clean and dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners, as these can damage the coating or mesh.

Airplane and Hospital Use

Turn off Bluetooth when required by regulations or signs. The earbuds emit signals that could interfere with sensitive equipment.
